Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when sending email through NoticeBridge. It exists to protect recipients, our sending reputation, and our infrastructure providers. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permission to email
You may only send to recipients who have given you permission to contact them (for example, customers, subscribers, or people who opted in). You must not upload purchased, scraped, or rented lists, or contacts harvested without consent.
2. Required content
Every campaign must:
- accurately identify you as the sender and use truthful subject lines and headers;
- include a working one-click unsubscribe mechanism (we add this automatically);
- include a valid physical postal address (we add this automatically); and
- honour unsubscribe requests promptly — we suppress unsubscribed recipients for you.
3. Prohibited content and uses
You must not use the Service to send:
- unsolicited bulk email (spam);
- phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive “spoofed” messages;
- malware, viruses, or malicious links;
- content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
- content promoting prohibited categories where restricted by our providers (e.g. illegal substances, certain regulated financial or pharmaceutical offers).
4. Deliverability standards
You are responsible for keeping bounce and complaint rates low. We monitor these rates and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed acceptable thresholds (generally a bounce rate above 5% or a complaint rate above 0.1%), as these endanger the sending reputation of all users.
5. No interference
You must not attempt to circumvent sending limits, the suppression list, quota controls, or any security feature of the Service, nor probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with our infrastructure providers (including Resend) and law enforcement where appropriate. To report abuse, email yangfanglinsf@gmail.com.
