Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NoticeBridge (“NoticeBridge”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you use our email campaign platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
NoticeBridge is operated from Liuzhi Action, 7/F, Building 2, Xincheng Technology Park, Hi-Tech Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan 410205, China. For any privacy question or request, contact us at yangfanglinsf@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Billing data — subscription and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Contact data you upload — the recipient names, email addresses, and custom fields you import to send campaigns. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Email event data — delivery, open, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events, recorded as an append-only timeline for deliverability and compliance reporting.
- Technical data — basic logs and request metadata needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and operate the Service, send the campaigns you create, process billing, prevent abuse and spam, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.
4. Lawful basis (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (operating your account); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, preventing abuse); and consent where required. For contact data you upload, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to email those recipients.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with the sub-processors needed to run the Service:
- Clerk — authentication
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing
- Resend — email delivery
- Neon — database hosting
- Inngest — background job processing
- Vercel — application hosting
We do not sell personal data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. Email event timelines are retained to meet deliverability and legal record-keeping needs. When you delete your account or contacts, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email yangfanglinsf@gmail.com. Recipients of campaigns can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every email.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
