Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NoticeBridge (the “Service”), operated from Liuzhi Action, 7/F, Building 2, Xincheng Technology Park, Hi-Tech Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan 410205, China. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NoticeBridge lets you upload contacts, create templates, and send mass email campaigns with delivery tracking, suppression handling, and unsubscribe management. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Sending spam or unlawful content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Your content and contacts
You retain ownership of the content and contact data you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to email your recipients, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process and send that content on your behalf.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of sending.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, excessive bounce or complaint rates, or non-payment. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation your access ends at the close of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that emails will be delivered to any particular inbox, as deliverability depends on factors outside our control, including recipient mail providers and your sending reputation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
